  3. Denmark Diet Day 3 - Breakfast

    1 boiled egg, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup of black coffee

    Day 2 was pretty much a complete and utter fail and of course it reflected on my weight today.  129.8….I’m just hoping it’s just water weight and not something really stupid.  

    Ate cottage cheese and a grapefruit and drank green tea.

    Maybe after this orgo exam, everything will be alright.  Of course I’ll have about 2 weeks before med micro, maybe I should restart the Denmark diet then?

  6. Denmark Diet Day 1 - Dinner

    3 boiled eggs, vegetable salad, black coffee.

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

    I had my sub.  Then I BINGED.  I had to have something sweet so I had coconut M&M’s (210 calories) and a smoothie (180 calories).  Plus my sub which equals 640 calories.  That’s way too much.

    Thankfully I’m dancing tonight and I walked around a mile today.

    But still….
